ANAEROBIC PETROLEUM-DEGRADING BACTERIUM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficiently degrading/removing a petroleum compound which pollutes an anaerobic environment such as underground water. SOLUTION: A bacterium is obtained which can grow by assimilating a petroleum compound under an anaerobic condition, and a method is provided which allows efficiently detecting the bacterium.
