PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility unitizing them by providing a front room and a rear room so that the sanitariness of the clean area is secured when workers for the food manufacturing and cooking processing facility enter and leave between the general area and the clean area in the facility. SOLUTION: When the workers enter from the general area of the facility to the clean area, the front room having a series of cleaning facility such as cleaning, washing, pasteurization, sterilization and drying is provided so that self bodies, their clothes and shoes are not a contaminated source for foods. In the case where they leave from the clean area to the general area, the rear room having the substantially same facility as the front room is provided since all objects such as the clothes and the shoes which the workers wear are preferably made sanitary again in preparation for reentrance. The front room and the rear room are unitized. |
