PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the link between the free edges of a first member and a second member in a structure. SOLUTION: The structure comprises a first or practically channel-shaped member 1 with opposite free edges 6 and 7, and a second member 2 of plastics formed on the first member. Each free edge is longitudinally divided into a plurality of segments 6a and 6b, which are interspaced alternately across the width of the channel. The second member has beads 8 and 9 extending along the length of the free edges to cover the outer and inner sides of the inner segments. |
