PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading and unloading method for a conveying train, capable of effectively performing filling in a loading rolling stock car during performing discharging. SOLUTION: A floor belt conveyor 7 movable in the vehicle longitudinal direction in order to convey bulk cargos, a delivery belt conveyor 10 connected to the floor belt conveyor 10 and projecting from the rolling stock car end, and a waste material belt conveyor 15 movable for conveyance in the longitudinal direction of the rolling stock car and arranged at a distance from the floor belt conveyor are arranged on each loading rolling stock car 1 of a conveying train 14. A waste material 16 to be conveyed on the waste material belt conveyor in the waste material conveying direction 17 is dropped on the delivery belt conveyor of a following or adjacent loading rolling stock car just behind the rear end of the loading rolling stock car to be loaded with cargos, and the waste material is delivered from the delivery belt conveyor to the floor belt conveyor of the loading rolling stock car to be loaded with cargos.
