PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mounting structure for a vehicular room article capable of easily attaching to and detaching from a seat of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this structure for mounting the vehicular room article such as a table 31 to the seat 1 of the vehicle where an anchor 2 for mounting a child seat formed from metal bar formed into almost U-shape is secured to a lower end part of a seat back frame 12 at both ends while a front end of the anchor 2 is projected from a seat back 11, a bracket 40 provided with a cylinder part 41 is detachably mounted on the anchor 2. A holder member 4 provided with a cylindrical locking piece 46 forming a clip part 48 at a tip and projecting in the cylinder so as to freely project and retreat is inserted into the cylinder part 41 of the bracket 40 to be locked thereto by the clip part 48 so as to freely engage and disengage, and a leg part 30 of the table 31 is fitted into the holder member 4 to be locked thereto by the locking piece 46.
