PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible beautifully decorative sheet having a resistance to cleaning and a resistance to wax and having a mark written thereon which can be seen distinctly or dimly according to the way of irradiation with light and the direction of view when the sheet with the mark is stuck to an apparel, a tool, a machine or the like. SOLUTION: The mark to be displayed is seen through a transparent thermoplastic polyurethane sheet, on one side of which a large number of triangular prism-shaped unit lens parts having the major axial directions parallel to one another and being arranged so as to form a triangular section normal to the major axial direction thereof are arranged, or written on the front surface or the rear surface of the sheet.
