PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive various kinds of dowels without much handling trouble by reducing size. SOLUTION: A shaft hole 62 to which a dowel driving shaft 64 is fitted is formed passing through a head 61 and a delivery element 66 to be rotated in a reciprocating fashion at a specified angle centered around an axial center which is orthogonal with the axial center of the shaft hole 62, is provided at the intermediate part of the shaft hole 62 in the head 61. In addition, a delivery hole 70 which becomes concentric with the shaft hole 62 when the delivery element 66 is rotated in a unidirection, is formed in the delivery element 66. Further, a supply hole 71 which communicated with the delivery hole 70 when the delivery element 66 is rotated in the other direction, is formed at the other peripheral part of the head 61. Besides, a supply device 73 is provided which selects between different kinds of dowels D1, D2 and supplies the selected dowel to the delivery hole 70 through the supply hole 71.
