PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a turntable loaded with a pallet with wheels by an arbitrary angle, in a device moving the pallet loaded with a work along a rail laid on a work bench, loading the pallet on the turntable halfway through the movement and rotating the turntable. SOLUTION: In this work bench device, the turntable 18 is fitted in a groove 11a formed in a center part of a base plate 11. The rail 19 is laid on the turntable 18. The rail 19 is formed with a groove 21 or a gap 22. The lower surface of the pallet 16 is installed with the wheels 25 and universal casters 27. The wheels 25 are placed on a rail 12a with the rail 19 positioned on the same line as both the rail 12a and a rail 12b, the pallet 16 loaded with the work 1 is carried to a position where in the wheels 25 fit in the groove 21 and the gap 22. In that state, the turntable 18 loaded with the pallet 16 is rotated by an arbitrary angle, and work necessary for the work 1 on the pallet 16 is executed.
