PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impairing of the working quality and accuracy caused by chips and to reduce the labor for processing chips. SOLUTION: This device for eliminating the air flow including chip, comprises a guide hole 12a capable of closely inserting an axial rotary blade tool 11, a sealed enclosure chamber 14 being communicated to a basic end side of the guide hole 12a and surrounding the circumference of the blade tool 11, and a first suction path 17 for sucking and eliminating the air in the sealed enclosure chamber 14, an opened enclosure chamber 18 communicated with a point side of the guide hole 12a and opened at its point surface is formed, and a second suction path 21 is formed for sucking and eliminating the air in the opened enclosure chamber 18.
