PURPOSE: To provide a waste gas treating device capable of miniaturizing a desorption tower and efficiently regenerating an adsorbent. CONSTITUTION: An adsorption coal 36 is heated to the first desorption temperature to desorb the reusable organic gas such as toluene, and the gas is cooled and recovered as reusing solvent. Then the adsorption coal 36 is heated to the second desorption temp. to regenerate almost new coal.
