PURPOSE: A pin manufacturing method and its device manufacture a multi-stepped pin with nominal eccentricity of concentricity. CONSTITUTION: A supporting plate(1) has multiple V-shaped grooves(2) thereon. An auxiliary pulley(11) of base metal(10) placed on the supporting plate(1) to be processed is connected with a motor(21) placed below the supporting plate(1) by a belt(23). The base metal(10) receives rotary power of the motor(21) through a driven shaft(22) to be processed. Lubricant is given to the frictional surface between the V-shaped grooves(2) and the base metal(10) to smooth the rotation and prevent abrasion. The auxiliary pulley(11) is placed to the base metal(10) direction rather than right above the pulleys(22a) formed on a driven shaft(22) of a power transmitting device(20) to prevent the base metal from sliding forward.
