COMMUNICATION TEST SYSTEM BETWEEN SERVERS IN SYNTHESIZED AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR MANAGING SEMICONDUCTOR LINE

摘要

PURPOSE: A communication test system between servers in a synthesized automation system for managing a semiconductor line is provided to shorten test time regarding precise generation of message of a corresponding server by halfway receiving the message communicated between servers and displaying the message. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit generates a test message and supplies the test message to a server to perform a communication test between servers. The first server receives the test message from the transmission unit, and generates a response message regarding the test message. The second server receives the response message generated from the first server. A reception unit halfway receives the message communicated between the first server and the second server, and displays the received message.
