PURPOSE: A spring hinge equipped with an elasticity adjuster and a brake is provided to close a door rapidly by the elasticity of a main spring and to stop a door to one side of a moving body when being opened completely. CONSTITUTION: A spring hinge equipped with an elasticity adjuster and a brake comprises the steps of installing upper and lower moving bodies(12,13) provided with connecting pieces(10,11) up and down, fixing the both ends of a main spring(14) to a rotation shaft(20) installed to the upper moving body(12) and a supporting shaft(21) installed to the lower moving body(13) by installing the main spring to the inside, connecting the upper end of the rotation shaft(20) equipped with an elasticity adjuster of the main spring to the upper moving body(12) to rotate along with the upper moving body, installing a brake device controlling the revolving speed of the main spring by extending supporting shafts(21,43) downward and installing a pressing ring(48) and a spring(49) vertically operated, and composing a supporting ring(46) supporting the brake device by welding split pieces with low-melting-point metal to lose the function as a brake by separating the split pieces composing the supporting ring by melting the metals when a fire occurs.
