PURPOSE: A grinding dresser is provided to reduce the corrosion, to lengthen a life and to improve the grinding efficiency of a grinding table by facially contacting the grinding table with a contact portion. CONSTITUTION: An external portion of a base member(29) is protruded. A grinding face(31) is formed by uniformly spreading a diamond grit on the surface of the protruding portion(30). The sectional shape of the grinding face(31) is formed in a protruded typed circular curvature. Thereby, the grinding face(31) is facially contacted with a grinding pad. Therefore, the partial corrosion is prevented, the life is lengthened, and the grinding efficiency of a grinding table is improved.
