PURPOSE: A drum brake structure is provided to prevent abrasion between a lining and the inner surface of the drum and to improve braking performance by separating a hydraulic brake system and a mechanical brake system. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic brake system operated by a brake pedal is installed to a first back plate(50). A mechanical(cam type) brake system operated by a separate rotating device operated by a parking brake lever is installed to a second back plate(70) formed on the first back plate(50). A drum(110) has a first drum part(112) and the second drum part(114) integrally formed and corresponding to the first back plate(50) and the second back plate(70) respectively.
