PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of fabricating liquid crystal display are to reduce a liquid crystal discharging time in a liquid crystal injecting and sealing process, thereby increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: After injecting liquid crystal, an upper plate(50) and a lower plate(52) of a liquid crystal panel are pressed by high pressure of air injected from a pressing jig(56) to discharge the liquid crystal. The air pressing the upper and lower plates is heated by a heating unit. The heating unit is an external heater for heating the air introduced from the pressing jig at an outside and then supplying the air to the pressing jig. Alternatively, the heating unit is an internal heater which is disposed at an inner pipe as a path of the air introduced from the pressing jig, or a jig heater for heating the pressing jig itself. A fixing portion(58) is attached to a surface of the pressing jig to fix the upper plate and the lower plate. The inner pipe is disposed between an air introducing pipe(60) and an air discharging port to be served as the air path.
