Plastic shoe heels - with compressed gas blown into the centre of the plastic mould mass

The plastic mass is injected into the mould cavity and then compressed air or another pressure medium fed into the low viscosity centre of the injection body, during the subsequent pressure period thus preventing the plastic from contracting from the walls. Pref. the hollow cavity formed can be filled out with synthetic foam.
