PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ingredient good in shape retention at normal temperatures and handleability, excellent in the productivity of various processed foods as the final products therefrom, and usable in producing such processed foods without the need for any special production equipment. SOLUTION: This ingredient is such one as to be included in an outer wrapping material made of dough and comprises specified food materials, a gelatinizer and a solidifying agent. This ingredient has such a shape retainability as to be handleable at normal temperatures, and the above gelatinizer is ensured to get homogeneous with the outer wrapping material when heated. |
