<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device and an image forming device improving productivity in a reverse conveying passage without increasing a sheet conveying speed or requiring upsizing of a sheet. SOLUTION: All auxiliary conveying means (a reserve auxiliary roller (upstream) 2 and a reserve auxiliary roller 3 (downstream) 3) between a fixed roller pair 1 and a reverse roller 4 are composed so as to freely correspond with a sheet changed in a conveying speed. Namely, the auxiliary conveying means is allowed to idle to a sheet conveying direction, or the sheet conveying speed is allowed to be variable, thereby enabling promptly increasing the sheet conveying speed after a sheet rear end passes by the fixed roller pair 1.</p> |
