PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can execute a preliminary bending forming without installing another device of press or the like in superplastic forming. SOLUTION: By providing punch parts 14, 14 at an upper die 11 and die parts 15, 15 at a lower die 13 when the upper die is put on the lower die, the preliminary bending forming can be carried out. If the dies are put together and clamped, high-pressure gas is blown through forming gas-blowing lines 16, 16 and the superplastic forming is carried out by blow molding. Because the preliminary bending forming and the superplastic forming can be carried out with the superplastic forming die comprising the lower die and the upper die, it is not necessary to provide an extra press or the like. In addition, because the compactification of arrangement can be achieved and traveling of a preliminary bending forming body becomes unnecessary, the productive time can be shortened and the manufacturing efficiency can be improved.
