PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breaking of the seal bonded to the end edge of the flap of a box-shaped packaging case formed of a plastic sheet during a delivery process. SOLUTION: An upper hooking part 10 and a lower hooking part 11 are provided in the front wall 1a of a case main body 1 and a flap 2 covering the entrance and exit 4 of the upper surface of the case main body 1 is provided in the case main body 1. An upper hooking piece 12 is cut and raised downward to be formed in the surface wall of the flap 2 and a lower hooking piece 13 is cut and raised upwardly to be formed thereto. The upper hooking piece 12 is engaged with the upper hooking part 10 and the lower hooking piece 13 is engaged with the lower hooking part 11. By this constitution, the up and down/left and right play movement of the flap 2 is prevented and the large shift and movement of the flap 2 having received external force with respect to the case main body 1 is prevented to eliminate the breaking of a seal 16.
