PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an overhead console that can suppress a recess in a console body due to an external force and certainly prevent occurrence of drop without providing a rib on an entire wall surface. SOLUTION: Reinforcement 7 mounted on the rear surface side of a ceiling 2 is provided, a locking claw 8 extending into the inside of a room is projected on the reinforcement 7, a rib 10 is partially provided inside the wall surface 3a of the console body 3, the locking claw 8 of the reinforcement 7 projected from an insertion hole 20 in the ceiling 2 is allowed to abut on and locked to a height surface 10a of the rib 10 of the console body 3, and in this state the console body 3 is mounted the ceiling 2 via the reinforcement 7.
