摘要 PURPOSE: A method for testing robots is provided to easily confirm the malfunction operation of the robots by testing the motion state of the robots in software with using a computer. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing a robot includes the steps of practising a test program initially(100), setting serial ports and communication speed of a computer according to a key input of a user(101), setting teams of robots selected by the user(102), automatically setting the speed of the robots if the speed is selected on a menu of a monitor(103), making the set information as a predetermined signal form and transmitting to the robots(104), receiving the predetermined signal and driving motors of the robots(105), observing the motion of the robots operated according to the transmitted control information(106), judging whether the robot is normally operated according to the control information(107), asking whether the test program should be terminated if the robots are normally operated(108), and terminating the test program if a terminating signal of the test program is input(109).
