PURPOSE: A vibration and sound generator is provided to prevent the collision of a magnetic generator due to overvoltage by limiting the maximum movement range of the magnetic generator, thereby preventing the damage of products, simplifying the assemble performance and being sufficiently protected from external impact. CONSTITUTION: A terminal plate(58) is mounted on one side of a case(50), and a plurality of elastic bars(62) are integrally formed on the lower inner peripheral edge of the case(50). A voice coil(54) is attached under a vibration plate(52) to generate a magnetic field. A magnetic generator is mounted under the voice coil(54) to generate a magnetic field. A stopper(56) is mounted within the case(50) to limit the upward movement of the magnetic generator.
