BED MEDIA OF CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED BOILER AND ITS SUPPLYING METHOD

PURPOSE: Bed media made from anthracite reduces blocking phenomenon in recirculation system of a boiler to prevent trip. CONSTITUTION: Anthracite of grain size less than 25mm is crushed to less than 6mm, which is appropriate for fluidized bed combustion, supplied to a combustor to be recirculated until completely burned up in 800-900°C and discharged from a FBHE(Fluid Bed heat Exchanger) to outside with grain size thereof 0.1mm-0.6mm, which is the best grain size distribution. If one of the connected fluidized bed boilers needs bed media, another boiler directly supplies bed media. For the disconnected boilers, bed media is transferred and supplied from a bed media silo.
