PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for removing blackening film for braun tube is provided to improve workability, working condition and total refilming by removing easily blackening film without damage or deformation of shadow mask frame and inner shield by providing method and apparatus to remove blackening film of shadow mask frame and inner shield using nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen gas is sprayed to prevent contacts with outdoor air passing through the sealed tunnel(22), installing shadow mask frame and inner shield on the belt of mesh type. A reaction for removing blackening film is activated by spraying hydrogen gas and nitrogen gas in process of heating, executing preheating and heating up shadow mask frame and inner shield that pass tunnel in order to remove easily blackening film. A nitrogen gas is sprayed for shadow mask and inner shield that blackening film is removed to prevent contacts with outdoor air. The heated shadow mask and inner shield is cooled to be able to refilm by cooling device. An apparatus is composed of preheating part(20), heating part(40), and cooling part(60) at front, middle, and rear part of frame(10).
