PURPOSE: A televoting statistics method in a switching system is provided to automatically measure and output the call data of a televoting period by making only statistics measurement periods inputted additionally, without configuring televoting commands separately, in configuring televoting service. CONSTITUTION: If an MSDP(Measurement and Statistics Data Processing) Block is loaded to each ASP(Access Switching Processor), a televoting statistics processor to execute a televoting statistics function reads information necessary for statistics measurement from a relation of a database(201). Then the televoting statistics processor checks whether a televoting information modification signal is inputted from an operator terminal(203). If the signal is inputted, the televoting statistics processor modifies televoting information for statistics measurement, based on the televoting information modification signal(205). The televoting statistics processor confirms whether a call data signal is received from each ASP(207). If the call data signal is received, the televoting statistics processor checks whether the current time is a preset statistics service setup time(209). If the current time is equivalent to the preset statistics service setup time, the televoting statistics processor accumulates and counts the received call data in a present statistics period data area according to a statistics period(211). The televoting statistics processor checks whether the current time is a preset statistics output time(213). If the current time is the preset statistics output time, the televoting statistics processor outputs the present period statistics data accumulated and counted in the present statistics period data area to the operator terminal(215).
