PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterned nonwoven fabric with directional property which shows especially no significant difference in its process from a process for preparing a routine nonwoven fabric and requires no perfume capsule at all. SOLUTION: This woven fabric having aroma is obtained by unfolding a web, then spreading small dried pieces of a natural aromatic material all over the one surface of the web and covering the small pieces of the natural aromatic material with another web and further, lapping a reinforcing cloth over the outer surface of the web. Finally the whole fabric is needle-punched.
