BRIDGE PIER REINFORCING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge pier reinforcing structure ensuring prevention of buckling deformation with efficient construction while keeping a passage space for maintenance and inspection. SOLUTION: A pair of reinforcing panels 11 are connected and fixed between opposed ribs 102 on the inner wall face of an angularly cylindrical bridge pier body 101 with bolts 13, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 12 are mounted at preset spaces along the vertical direction on the opposite outside faces of the reinforcing panels 11, and the plurality of reinforcing panels 11 are provided at preset spaces over the vertical direction of the bridge pier body 101 while keeping an alternate relation between the connection between the ribs 102 on the set of opposite inner wall faces of the bridge pier body 101 and the connection between the ribs 102 on the other set of inner wall faces.
