PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder for drawing out yarns capable of being applied to feed yarns which dislike generation of twisting such as flat yarns, tape yarns, and the likes. SOLUTION: The middle of a yarn 9 continuously fed to the weft inserting means of a shuttleless loom from a thread feed source 9a is made to be fed in the shaft direction by a yarn feed means 6 installed to a yarn wind up drum 5 by passing it through a concentrically arranged fixed guide pipe 1 and a rotative guide member 2, further passing from a thread outlet 2e arranged beside the rotative guide member through a thread winding guide pipe 4 arranged at the eccentric position of a winding member 3 and spirally wind up to the yarn wind up drum 5. Twistings accumulated between the yarn wind up guide pipe 4 and the yarn feed source 9a by winding up to the drum 5 are eliminated by notating the yarn wind up guide pipe 4 in the reverse direction in a ratio of rotation number against the revolution of the yarn wind up member 3 of 1:1.
