PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidation apparatus capable of saving space and energy and having a high deoxidation efficiency. SOLUTION: The deoxidation apparatus is provided with a nitrogen injection means to inject nitrogen gas to a water sending pipe 1, a static mixer 2 for mixing water into which nitrogen gas is injected by causing turbulent current, and a gas-liquid separation means 3 for separating the turbulent and mixed water into a gas and a liquid.
