PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaner capable of generating an ultrasonic wave of a plurality of frequencies by a simple structure from an ultrasonic vibrator having respective proper resonance points. SOLUTION: A sweep osicillation circuit 21 sweep-oscillating signals within a frequency range containing all resonance points and a control circuit 25 supplying a signal of a frequency corresponding to a required resonance characteristic to an ultrasonic vibrator from the sweep oscillation circuit 21 are provided. Then, a liquid is oscillated at a specific resonance point or a plurality of resonance points.
