PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley exercise equipment which has rehabilitation effect by doing pulley exercise while pulling ropes linked with grips and leg hanging bands (Fig. 4) in the state of lying on a bed and stretching back muscles (stretching spinal cord) by placing a pillow under a waist in accordance with the body type and bodily power of elderliness and which can be used while operating for many purposes. SOLUTION: In the state of lying on a bed A, leg hanging bands B are set and grips C are gripped simultaneously. Then, ropes linked with them rotates pulleys E at the tip arm of supports D and by alternately pulling both of one's arms, both of his legs are forced to be pulled up alternately. On the contrary, by pulling both of his legs alternately up and down, both of this arms are pulled up forcedly. Further, by doing a pulley exercise while stretching back muscles by using a pillow F under his waste, the joint exercise of his arms, legs and waist is done to make use of multiplier effects.
