PURPOSE: The method for managing and operating the cyber meeting is provided to enable any member to host the meeting, and to enable qualified somebody to join in the meeting easily. CONSTITUTION: When an information provider names and divides every university on the web site, a member chooses one university associated to oneself among every university. Besides, the member configures the entrance year and the department and decides the keyword as the special term of which alumnus are aware. And the information provider of the web site allocates the specified area of the database for the meeting by being based on the configured data. So, the same qualified user can access to the meeting site. It prevents the waste of the unnecessary cyber space that all the members accesses to the web site. |
