PURPOSE: To provide a cup holder capable of more properly holding plural sorts of containers of different thicknesses and forms in standing states. CONSTITUTION: A laterally protruded holding member 2 is provided to be directed inward to a containing part with resiliency to push-in in a vertical direction. The upper surface 21 side of the holding member 2 is pressed by a bottom part Ya of a container Y to be vertically pushed in against resiliency as the container Y is received, and the upper surface 21 side of the holding member 2 is pressed to a side part Yb of the container Y. An arc surface 27 lowered toward the lower surface 22 side of the holding member 2 at a center part of the holding member 2, and swollen toward both side parts along a protruded direction of the holding member 2 is formed on the upper surface 21 side of the holding member 2 for forming swollen parts 26 at both side parts in the protruded direction.
