METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SPRAYING OF BLENDED RAW MATERIALS OF SINTERED ORE

PURPOSE: A method for controlling spraying of blended raw materials of sintered ore is provided to improve quasi-granulation by setting the spraying position so that stuck ore formation on the entrance side of a mixer is restrained and the exothermic reaction of calcium oxide is sufficiently utilized. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of calculating deficient spraying amounts (81,82,83) by comparing the received values with a target moisture content after receiving the measured weighing values and moisture contents of the sintering blended raw material; and instructing degrees of opening of the valves (84,85,86) by calculating a degree of opening of a flow rate controlling valve of first spraying supply pipe in which first spraying nozzle is arranged at a position adjacently to the entrance side of a mixer and a degree of opening of a flow rate controlling valve of second spraying supply pipe in which second spraying nozzle is arranged at a position spaced apart from the end part of the first spraying supply pipe.
