PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath or the like capable of safely emitting light in hot water without consuming electric power, giving a beautiful feeling and contributing to energy saving and to provide a means for making a water surface and a water level easy to recognize at night without the electric power. SOLUTION: These bath, pond and bottle are provided with a luminous material at least on a bottom part, the light is accumulated by incident light on hot water or the like in the daytime or at the time of illumination, the light is emitted and the inside of the water and the water surface are irradiated from the bottom part. Also, this water surface or water level display mark is composed by providing the luminous material at least under the water surface and/or on a position capable of being under the water surface by the change of the water level and indicates the position of the water surface or a water edge by the light emitted by the luminous material.
