PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition having excellent processability, sufficient gripping power, low heat build-up and yet excellent durability of wear resistance, etc. SOLUTION: This rubber is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. of diene- based rubber with 20-150 pts.wt. of a reinforcing agent and 0.01-20 pts.wt. of N-carbamoyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine compound.
