PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for vertical and lateral frames with which a lateral frame can be installed onto vertical frames after erecting the vertical frames at a specified position and installation strength of the lateral frame can be strengthened. SOLUTION: This installation structure for vertical and lateral frames is formed by installing a lateral frame installation part on the upper surface side of the base piece positioned at both end parts of a lateral frame, installing a vertical frame inserting part on the lower surface thereof, fitting the vertical frame insert parts to the upper end part of vertical frames, and installing the lateral frame installation parts onto column side surfaces.
