PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device structured to reduce a man-hour and a time for assembly suit for improvement in mass-productivity by reducing the possibility of deformation of the inner ring so as to allow the crimping operation of the shaft end of a shaft part on an inner ring without using a retaining jig. SOLUTION: An angular ball bearing 2 of double row with vertex of contact angles outside of the bearing is installed on the outer periphery of a hub wheel 1 having a cylindrical part 3a for crimping, and the cylindrical part for crimping is bent in radial outside direction so as to crimp the cylindrical part onto the end face of the inner ring 21 of the ball bearing in order to prevent the ball bearing from being extracted and provide a pre-load. The crimping side corner part 21a of the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring is chamfered round, a small diameter part 3c is formed on the shaft end side of the cylindrical part for crimping before crimping, and the start point 3d of the small diameter part of the cylindrical part for crimping is positioned on the axial center side of the inner ring of a chamfering start point 21b of the corner part on the inner peripheral surface side thereof.
