PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline polyolefin resin composition having high rigidity, heat resistance and low temperature impact resistance. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises 60-95 pts.wt of a crystalline polyolefin resin and 5-40 pts.wt of an ethylene/α-olefin/triene copolymer rubber. The copolymer rubber has ethylene/α-olefin mole ratio of 40/60-95/5, triene content of 0.1-30 mol.% and an intrinsic viscosity 1<[η]<10 (dl/g). The triene is expressed by the general formula. (R1 and R2 are each H, methyl or ethyl; R%3 and R4 are each methyl or ethyl).
