PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-dyeing agent which is excellent in the stability of smell. SOLUTION: This hair-dyeing agent containing a perfume composition comprising (A) propylene carbonate and (B) one or more perfume components selected from dihydromyrcenol, cis-3-hexenol, dimethol, geraniol, ethyl amyl ketone, 1-methone, isobornyl acetate, methyl dihydrojasmonate, p-t-butylcyclohexyl acetate, benzyl salicylate, eugenol, vanillin, geranylnitrile,γ-undecalactone and coumarin.
