PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which is capable of giving a coated film with a proper flexibility and also with the high adhesion to a metal surface by means of a silanol group and/or an alkoxysilane group, thus with hardly causing losses (delaminates) and cracks, by comprising a content resin consisting mainly of an organic polymer and containing a silanol group and/or an alkoxysilane group. SOLUTION: The coating composition is an anticorrosive coating composition and comprises a content resin (a binder) consisting of an organic resin (A) and a resin (B) having in the molecule a silanol group and/or an alkoxysilane group.
