PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkable anti-static resin film not transcribing its anti-static agent to its reverse surface on its winding process and not harming its heat-sealing property and close adhesion property of an ink on printing. SOLUTION: This film is provided by coating at least one side surface of a shrinkable resin film with a coating membrane containing the anti-static agent expressed by the general formula [wherein, R is a 6-16C alkyl; (n) is 1-4 integer; Y- is a halogen ion, chlorate ion, perchlorate ion, nitrate ion, sulfate ion, an alkylsulfate ion, sulfonate ion or an alkylsulfonate ion], and is obtained by applying a coating liquid containing the above anti-static agent on at least one side surface of the shrinkable resin film and drying, or applying the coating liquid containing the above anti-static agent on at least one side surface of an un-stretched resin film or a mono-axially stretched resin film, drying and stretching.
