PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste treatment system showing such advantages that the volume of waste can be reduced as much as possible by performing the microbial decomposition of an organic substance without incinerating it, that the prevention of atmospheric pollution and the reuse of a cleaning promoting components, especially costly decomposition microbes by recovery are realized and that oozing water containing a large amount of contaminants can be prevented from being diffused, with the reduction of purifying cost. SOLUTION: A treatment object 12 is roused in a vessel 40 and a cleaning promoting component is intermittently supplied, in a pulsed state and at an interval of short time, from an injecting well 14 inserted into the object 12 under an ultra-high pressure. Then the cleaning promoting component is explosively blown into the object 12, in a specified intermittent timing manner, with a labyrinth effect from the ejection opening 14a of the injecting well 14. Thus a gaseous substance contained in the object 12 inside the vessel 40 is recovered by suction at a cleaning/discharging treatment installation 28 together with decomposition microbes, and the gas is cleaned and discharged. Oozing water containing a large amount of pollutants accumulating at the bottom of the vessel 40 is recovered through a drainage pipe 42 and the decomposition microbes contained in the oozing water are recycled.
