PURPOSE: A method for preparing a lithium ion polymer battery, which has excellent life, high efficiency and low temperature property, is provided which does not need an extraction process of plasticizer by using an organic solvent so that the manufacturing cost and time are reduced. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) forming a cathode and an anode respectively by coating an electrode current collector with an electrode active material forming composition that comprises an electrode active material, a binder and a solvent; (ii) forming separator on both sides of the anode by using a separator forming composition that comprises a high molecular resin, a plasticizer, a filler and a solvent; (iii) placing the cathode on the separator and closely adhering them together to form a battery structure body; (iv) after integrating the battery structure body, drying it at a temperature of 20-60 deg.C under vacuum condition; and (v) dipping the resultant material of the step (iv) in an electrolytic solution, wherein the high molecular resin of the separator forming composition is vinylidene fluoride-hyxafluoropropylene copolymer or a mixture thereof containing more than 0 and less than 8 wt.% of polyvinylidene fluoride and hyxafluoropropylene and the plasticizer is selected from non-cyclic carbonate materials and propylene glycol derivatives having the boiling point of 70-160 deg.C. |
