PURPOSE: A flash memory device is provided to prevent the loss of input/output data, and to improve the integration. CONSTITUTION: The flash memory device includes: a memory cell array(100,300) having a plurality of pages comprising a plurality of flash memory cells; a plurality of bit lines connected to the corresponding pages; a page buffer circuit(500) which is connected to each bit line, and stores output data being output through the corresponding bit lines and stores input data transferred from the external; a plurality of data lines transferring the input/output data; a Y-gate circuit(700) which transfers the output data from the page buffer circuit to a data line in response to a plurality of decoding addresses and transfers the input data from the corresponding data line to the corresponding page buffer; and a data input/output control circuit(900) which provides the input data from the external to the data line in response to the plurality of decoding addresses and outputs the output data from the data line, and precharges the corresponding data line to a voltage level corresponding to the input/output data.
