PURPOSE: A reinforced synthetic timber connecting structure and a method thereof are provided to mold wooden waste by reinforcing with pressure and process the molded reinforced timber by dividing into unit elements, assembling the pieces and forming patterns, thereby minimizing the waste of the wooden material and reducing the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: In a reinforced synthetic timber connecting structure, a reinforced synthetic timber is molded with wooden waste with pressure under a predetermined condition, unit elements are formed by dividing the reinforced synthetic timber into a plurality of pieces corresponding to an appearance of a piece of furniture and formed in a multi-layer by an adhesive agent for forming a predetermined pattern, and concave-convex parts(2a,3a,4a) are formed in connection parts for the finishing-processing of the piece of furniture after fitting the connection parts of the unit elements.
