PURPOSE: A spiral screw manufacturing device and its method has mass-productivity and can easily manufacture main-shaftless spiral screw of various standards CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(10) comprises a base(11), a shaft accepting member, a cylindrical forming shaft(40), a material fixing device, a forming shaft driving device, a forming jig(70) and a forming jig moving device. The base(11) is laterally wide and has a guiding bed(13). The shaft accepting member is installed on both sides above the base(11). The cylindrical forming shaft(40) is rotatably installed to the shaft accepting device and has one side detachably installed to the shaft accepting member by a shaft. The material fixing device is installed to one end of the forming shaft(40). The forming shaft driving device is one side of the base(11) to drive the forming shaft(40) to rotate. The forming jig(70) is installed on one side on the base(11) to slide linearly and reciprocatively by the forming shaft(40), supports the material to freely slide with planar twist angle to the forming shaft(40) corresponding to the lead angle of the thread of a main-shaftless spiral screw and inclined plane angle corresponding to the twist angle of the thread and connects one side edge of the material to elastic deformation starting point on the periphery of one side of the forming shaft(40). The forming jig moving device moves the forming jig(70)) to slide linearly and reciprocatively by the forming shaft(40).
