SOLUTION: A filter is arranged in a cleaning liquid discharging filter means 4 connected to a cleaning line 5 of pipeline 7... via a multi-branched connecting mother pipe 6, the filter is disposed by stretching a filter cloth inside a mesh member formed in a downward open vessel shape, the open side is made downward, and the cleaning liquid is introduced from the lower part.
